How to resign from the post of the chairman?

Please submit your resignation to the Secretary. If your reason for stepping down is the inability to dedicate sufficient time to fulfil your responsibilities, it is advisable to resign from your position as a Managing Committee Member as well.

Kindly note that your resignation will take effect only upon its formal acceptance and the successful handover of responsibilities to the newly elected Secretary. For further details, please refer to Bye-law 130.
