As per notification issued on May 07, 2015, TDR is linked to road width as shown in table below:
Most of the projects in suburb area will suffer because of this rule as roads are not wide enough in suburbs.
This notification is open for public comments for a month.

| Less than 9 meters wide | No TDR can be loaded |
| 9 to 12 metres wide | 0.5 FSI is allowed |
| 12 to 18 metres wide | 0.75 FSI is allowed |
